Use of the game

wordoverflows is free to play for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. Please don’t attempt to disrupt the service, abuse it, or use it in any unlawful way.

The game is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. We don’t guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and your scores and progress are stored on your device and may be lost.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, wordoverflows and its creators are not liable for any damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the game.

Intellectual property

The wordoverflows name, design, and game are the property of their respective owners. You may share screenshots and score cards from the game freely.
